Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver all parcels to your doorstep in an intact and satisfactory condition. We offer shipping to addresses worldwide.

• Most articles are dispatched within 2–3 business days after receiving confirmation of full payment. In the case of pure fabric articles, additional processing time may be required for roll pressing. Customers are advised to carefully review all product descriptions before checkout to avoid any misunderstanding. If an article is prepared on a pre-booking basis, delivery timelines may vary depending on weather conditions and demand.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen stock unavailability, pricing errors, or abnormal delays in manufacturing. In such circumstances, customers will be informed in advance and may either choose an alternative product or request a refund.
• A tracking ID will be shared via the customer’s registered email ID and booking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
• If a parcel is lost or remains undelivered to the customer’s location, a full refund will be issued.
• If cancellation is initiated by the customer without a valid reason, 10% of the sale price of the article will be deducted from the booking amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• We do not charge additional shipping fees on most items. However, an extra shipping charge of ₹90 will apply to sarees priced below ₹500. Similarly, for purchases other than sarees and lehengas, an extra shipping charge of ₹90 will be applicable.
• We provide worldwide shipping. Additional shipping charges will apply for orders shipped outside India.
• Delivery may be delayed during festival seasons due to high demand.
• Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If a parcel is returned due to any reason, it will be re-dispatched only after the customer pays the applicable additional shipping charges.

International Duties & Taxes

• International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges, which are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country.
• Any additional charges related to customs clearance, import duties, or local taxes must be borne by the customer. Navdha Creation has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
• Customs regulations and policies vary from country to country. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information regarding applicable duties, taxes, or import restrictions.
