Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Navdha Creation, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected products and locations for the convenience of our customers. Please read the following terms carefully before placing a COD order.

  • COD availability depends on the delivery location and product category. Navdha Creation reserves the right to enable or disable COD for certain pin codes, products, or orders at its sole discretion.
  • COD charges are applicable as follows:
    • ₹150 for orders with an article value up to ₹2,000
    • ₹200 for orders with an article value above ₹2,000 and up to ₹3,000
    • ₹250 for orders with an article value above ₹3,000
  • For articles priced above ₹5,000, customers are required to pay an advance amount of ₹500 to confirm the order. Out of this amount, ₹250 will be charged as COD and rest amount will be adjusted against the final price of the article at the time of payment.
  • For articles priced above ₹8,000, customers are required to pay an advance amount of ₹1,000 to confirm the order. Out of this amount, ₹250 will be charged as COD and rest amount will be adjusted against the final price of the article at the time of payment.
  • The advance amount is collected to ensure order confirmation and smooth processing of high-value purchases.
  • Customers are requested to provide accurate contact and delivery details while placing a COD order. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may be delayed or cancelled.
  • In some cases, order confirmation via phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email may be required before processing a COD order.
  • Navdha Creation reserves the right to cancel COD orders in cases of repeated order rejections, non-acceptance of previous COD deliveries, suspicious activity, or unverifiable customer details.
  • Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address and keep the exact payable amount ready, wherever possible, at the time of delivery.
  • Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order without a valid reason may result in restriction of COD services for future orders.
  • Standard shipping, return, exchange, and cancellation policies of Navdha Creation shall also apply to COD orders.

Full Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Customers opting for Full Cash on Delivery (COD) are required to deposit a refundable security amount of ₹1,000 once. This amount will be remained with us as security and customer can order unlimited times on full COD.
  • Applicable COD charges shall be added to the final payable amount at the time of delivery.
  • In the event of a return of a COD order, any applicable deductions, including shipping, handling, or other charges as per the return policy, shall be adjusted from the deposited security amount.
  • Navdha Creation reserves the right to approve or decline Full COD orders based on order value, location, or previous order history.
