Return & Exchange Policy

At Navdha Creation, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects.
Customers must inform us immediately upon receiving the parcel if any defect is noticed in the product.
An unboxing/opening video is mandatory while submitting a return request for approval. Requests without a proper opening video may not be considered.
Once return approval is provided by Navdha Creation, the customer must ship the product back to our registered address immediately.
The customer shall bear the return shipping charges. However, if the defect is clearly visible in the opening video and approved by us, the return shipping cost (up to ₹90 per product) will be reimbursed.
Returns or exchanges based on personal dislike, change of mind, or preference are not accepted.
COD amount will not be returned in case of return of parcel.
Slight color variations between the product image and the actual product may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution differences. Returns based on minor color differences will not be entertained.
Minor imperfections in stitching, dyeing, or handcrafted work (such as thread holes or slight irregularities) are part of handmade products and shall not qualify as defects for return or exchange.
Made-to-order, customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Navdha Creation adheres to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Our policies are designed to ensure transparency and fairness for customers. In the event of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction shall be limited to Jaipur only.
